Since 1946 professional decorators have been using B-I-N Primer Sealer to seal the worst stains and block the worst odours. Today, over 70 years later, it is still the ultimate performance primer. In addition to blocking the stain, B-I-N also permanently blocks the odour – another great ‘plus’ particularly for restoration work after flooding or fire damage.
