We strive to deliver your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Dreamz charge a shipping cost to our customers dependent on the type of product and how many products you order. Our charges are transparent and are what we are charged by our suppliers. 

Delivery charges start at €7.50 (€3/€4 for samples) and are no higher than €50 in any one order.

Dreamz uses various suppliers of products to deliver your order, where there are two or more suppliers of product we will notify you that these products may be delivered separately.

Provided the product is in stock, you should receive your order within 7 working days. Should your item be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay to your order or whether you would like an alternative product. However we do indicate if items are in stock or not on the product page where possible.

Some suppliers operate by a courier postal service and so your package may require a signature to acknowledge delivery.

The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the delivery address will be proof that the product has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery, you will receive a card notifying you of attempted delivery. All risks in the products we supply to you, in particular the risk of any loss or damage, shall pass to you on the delivery of the product to the address you specify in your order.

We will try to deliver your item within the specified time scale of 7 working days. However, we shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance for any cause beyond Dreamz’s control.

Special notes:

• Sinks and taps turn usually take 10 days to 2 weeks to be delivered if not in stock at the time of ordering.
• Wallpaper is usually printed to order and lead time is 2-3 weeks.
