We want you to be happy with your purchase from Dreamz. Inevitably things don’t always go as planned despite our best intentions…
You may return eligible products for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping, within 14 days from receipt of your order. The return period expires 14 days after the day you received your order. Dreamz requires returned merchandise to include a Claim Form that was appended to your initial order.
The following terms apply to product returns:
- Products must be in original, unused condition and packed in all original packaging and tags.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping on returned or exchanged goods are the customer’s responsibility.
- Goods received not in good condition will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.
Damaged Item
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue to shop@dreamz.ie within 24 hours of delivery. Please include pictures of the damaged item. Let us know if you want a replacement product shipped to you or if you would like a refund by using the Claim Form attached to your order confirmation email.
Cancellations and changes
If your item has not shipped yet, you can cancel or update your order for a full refund. In-stock items must be cancelled or updated within three hours of ordering. Made-to-order must be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. In some cases, we can be more flexible if your item is not yet on the way, but please contact us quickly and directly at shop@dreamz.ie so we can find a solution.
Special notes on product categories:
- Splashbacks: Items which have been cut or have the self adhesive backing removed will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Wallpaper: Usually made to order and as such is non-refundable.
